Read Alex's last line on how to succeed.

What are some of the things that you do to cheer yourself when you're feeling a bit low.

There are some things that help ma to cheer myself when I'm feeling a bit low. The first thing is a good rest. Everyone needs it and I'm not an exception. When you're preparing for the exams or important assessments you can suffer from sleep deprivation. In this kind of situation I just go to bed. The second thing I do is I meet my friends. It is really good to get support from them. I remember, when I studied in the first level of my home uni, I didn't pass an exam. I met my friend and he said that he hadn't pass either. So we shared our problem and decided not to worry about it. The third thing I do is I watch news. I don't really mean a good news. When you watch on TV some news about war, hunger and other terrible things that happen in the world, you really understand that your problem is not a problem. It helps me to bring myself together.
Never ever give up and everything is possible for the believer! Indeed, you wanna make an omelet, you gotta break some eggs.

  3. You're lucky that you can still get to sleep while you're under pressure. I can't sleep when I'm stressed.
However I think meeting friends is an option because they always have heaps of suggestions for solving your problem. Even if they don't, having a good laugh with friends can also release some pressure.
