
[What I do to break low feelings]
It's been said by my mother that I'm a person who easily gets disappointed and feels low. I'm sure I am that.
When I get frustrated, I'm always talking or consulting with my friends on who I really rely. It is not my family because sometimes friends would be better to do that rather than family members.
I can talk directly only to friends I can trust. Also, I can cry, smile only in front of them, which means I can show them my real feelings. It is difficult for me to show any friends my miserable appearence even though I'm a trusting person. To trust and to rely on are not always same.
After talking to them, of course, all problems are not solved but I can feel better than before doing that.
Now, when I'm in trouble, I talk to friends who are not in New Zealand. They really help me, so I should thank them
